Job Description

As a Junior ERP-Consultant at REMONDIS IT Services GmbH & Co. KG, you will play a key role in the implementation of our company's ERP system across various locations in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the migration of our internal ERP system to new locations, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging your analytical skills and knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Provide training and support to ERP coordinators and central responsible persons at regional offices, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use the system.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of new and existing ERP modules, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
  • Completed education in Logistics, IT, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in process design and implementation, preferably in a logistics or waste management company.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business intelligence concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel for project work, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
