Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building efficient, testable, and reusable components using ReactJS. You will work closely with our Back-End Developers to develop seamless backend-end applications.
Key Responsibilities- Component Development: Design and develop efficient, testable, and reusable components using ReactJS.
- Collaboration: Work with Back-End Developers to develop backend-end applications.
- Project Management: Manage projects and lead a small development team.
- Mentorship: Guide younger developers through design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with various stakeholders, including DevOps, React Team, and CEO.
- Problem-Solving: Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
- Customization: Customize existing applications to meet specific requirements.
- Documentation: Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Front-End ReactJS Developer.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience with JavaScript Development, web markup (HTML5, CSS3), and server-side CSS pre-processing platforms (SASS).
- Team Management: Team and/or project management experience is highly valued.
- Language Skills: Very good English language skills. German language skills are a plus.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work independently, be flexible, and focused.
- Home Office: Option to work from home (up to 50% in standard situations, 100% in urgent situations).
- Flexibility: Flexible working hours.
