KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing the resident-focused care process through effective planning and evaluation of nursing practices.
• Administering care in accordance with contemporary nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of care recipients.
• Contributing to the formulation, execution, and enhancement of the care strategy.
• Engaging in care assessments and ensuring the precision of care evaluations.
• Assisting in MDK evaluations to determine care needs.
• Accompanying general practitioners during home visits.
• Managing the documentation system, ensuring the accurate transfer of information and observations.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Completed qualifications as a geriatric nurse or a health and nursing professional.
• Familiarity with case management.
• Experience in planning and managing care processes.
• Proficient in standard IT applications.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field.
• Dependable and client-focused approach with empathy towards residents and their families.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and personal dedication.
• High level of responsibility and adaptability.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including weekends.
