Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at job meets life. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing high-quality products and services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement and Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate prices and terms, and manage the procurement process from start to finish.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained at optimal levels and that products are delivered on time.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations, including logistics and transportation.
- Cost Savings: Analyze and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce procurement costs and improve efficiency.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other external partners.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
