Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate / Bakery Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the display cases and shelves
- Restock shelves and display cases as needed
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
