Your Responsibilities
- Inspire students and guide them to be their best selves, using a wide range of student-activating methods
- Deliver English lessons for regular EAL classes according to the in-house curriculum
- Provide additional English support for students in small groups or one-on-one settings
- Further develop EAL curriculum and English learning support policy
- Actively support and communicate with students and parents based on individual needs
Your Profile
- Qualification as a primary school teacher with a minimum of a relevant Bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding of language acquisition theories and effective EAL instructional strategies
- Genuine interest in children and young adults, with a caring yet strict approach when necessary
- English speakers at a mother tongue level with basic German language skills
- Team player with passion and motivation to engage with our school community and educational development
