Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance Machine Learning Frameworks: Concentrate on refining our machine learning frameworks, especially in the domain of computer vision. Your role will involve training, assessing, and fine-tuning our training processes.
  • Create Innovative Data Solutions: Support the design and enhancement of various data-centric systems within Ocell GmbH, contributing to creative and efficient solutions.
  • Ensure High Standards of Code Quality: Assist in maintaining superior standards of code quality, software engineering practices, and data-oriented thinking within our team.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience as a machine learning engineer, with a solid foundation in computer vision.
  • Strong grasp of machine learning systems.
  • Robust skills in mathematics, statistics, and scientific methodologies.
  • Several years of experience with Python, Git, software testing, and CI/CD practices.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a small, agile team with rapid decision-making.

Preferred Skills

  • Outstanding general software engineering capabilities.
  • Familiarity with PyTorch.
  • Experience with geospatial data.
  • Proficiency in German.
