Your Responsibilities- Source raw materials including flour, eggs, sugar, fats, oils, cocoa, raisins, emulsifiers, dried fruits, almonds, marzipan, skimmed milk powder, flavorings, and more, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality standards
- Engage in comprehensive communication with diverse suppliers
- Assist in tender processes, pricing, and contract discussions
- Maintain supplier relationships, terms, and conditions
- Address complaints and ensure prompt delivery
- Collaborate with quality assurance and product development teams regarding ingredient utilization
- Completed commercial training with experience in procurement or a related qualification (degree, etc.)
- Experience in sourcing materials/raw materials
- Strong awareness of quality and cost

- Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English
