We are seeking a full-time Marketing Growth Consultant (m/f/d) to join our dynamic marketing team in Heidelberg.

Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our marketing department, you will undertake various responsibilities aimed at enhancing our marketing strategies and supporting business expansion:
  • Lead the management of campaigns, collaborating closely with international sales teams.
  • Design and implement engaging content strategies, marketing initiatives, and landing pages to boost inbound marketing and lead generation through SEO/SEM efforts.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of forms, landing pages, campaigns, reports, and dashboards in HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and synchronization with Salesforce.
  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows and events, ensuring impactful engagement with customers and integrating insights from webinars and events into marketing strategies.
  • Develop data-driven marketing automation processes to nurture, qualify, and score leads, while delivering account-based marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented marketing professional to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical expertise to propel our marketing efforts:
  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a technical B2B environment.
  • Proficient in Google Data Studio, Search Console, Google Ads, and HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience in email marketing, data integrity management, and spreadsheet analysis.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adhere to established processes.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Knowledge of GDPR/PECR compliance in marketing.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
  • Creative problem solver with strong numerical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
