Job Title: Reception Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Reception Manager to join our team at Hotel Exquisit in Oberstdorf. As a Reception Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process guest payments, handle room assignments, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the hotel staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming to guests
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and technology
