In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in developing user-friendly, responsive interfaces that improve user engagement with their renewable energy offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and support a team of Frontend developers.
  • Establish and steer the technical vision for frontend initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Supervise the creation and upkeep of web applications utilizing TypeScript and React.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality through thorough reviews and testing processes.
  • Lead the team in agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban.

Your Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding and developing engineering teams.
  • Significant background in managing frontend development projects, especially with TypeScript and React, including hands-on coding when required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of agile methodologies, with experience in leading teams using Scrum or Kanban.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic insight, and a dedication to quality.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
