We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Design Specialist to join our team at GROB-WERKE GmbH & Co. KG.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex tooling fixtures and implement solutions based on provided concepts
  • Collaborate with our detail design team to clarify any queries and ensure seamless project execution
  • Calculate and verify cycle time for design tasks to optimize efficiency
  • Create layout plans for actuators and sensors for path-time diagrams to enhance product performance
  • Perform calculations for sizing parts and assemblies to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Handle requests for purchased parts and technical clarifications with suppliers to maintain strong relationships
  • Utilize 3D Siemens NX for assembly design to create innovative solutions
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in tooling fixture design with a proven track record of success
  • Proficiency in 3D software programs, preferably Unigraphics
