Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Team Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for coordinating our customer relationships on an operational level, including the implementation and management of their requirements. Your tasks will include:

  • Coordinating and managing customer relationships on an operational level
  • Coordinating the 1st- and 2nd-level support processes
  • Resource and capacity planning
  • Planning, designing, installing, and implementing new applications and processes
  • Monitoring, controlling, and optimizing our service management processes
  • Creating reports and planning and coordinating changes
  • Escalating functional issues to other support teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of IT technologies for a heterogeneous application landscape, including database and application server technologies for individual software
  • Desirable: initial experience in team coordination
  • Excellent customer orientation with a confident and convincing presence
  • Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
