**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced A320 Captain Instructor to join our team at Lufthansa City Airlines GmbH. As a Captain Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our pilots, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and proficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Deliver A320 Type Rating training to our pilots, focusing on safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the A320 aircraft systems, performance, and handling characteristics.
• Conduct regular training sessions, including ground school and simulator training.
• Assess and evaluate pilot performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
• Collaborate with other instructors and training staff to ensure seamless training delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry developments, and best practices in aviation training.

**Requirements**

• EASA ATPL(A) license
• Valid A320 Type Rating
• Valid A320 TRI/r (minimum) - further qualification an advantage
• Reasonable experience as an instructor
• Minimum 5000h total flight hours on CS-25 aircraft
• Minimum 1000h PIC hours on CS-25 aircraft
• Medical Class I
• General higher education entrance qualification (Abitur/Fachhochschulreife or equivalent qualification)
• EU citizenship or unrestricted residence and work permit
• Passport with unlimited validity (if no EU passport available, no stricter entry restrictions than with an EU passport)
• Confident verbal and written language skills in English (at least ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4)
