Dynamics 365 Financial Solutions Consultant - Germany

Location Requirement: Must be based in Germany. Proficiency in both English and German is essential.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and proficient Dynamics 365 Financial Solutions Consultant to enhance our existing team at Simpson Judge Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of practical experience in Dynamics 365 Finance, demonstrating a successful history of overseeing financial aspects in various projects. This role entails engaging in intricate multi-entity implementations, with a particular emphasis on financial consolidations and eliminations. A background as a certified accountant and experience in retail implementations are highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial segments of Dynamics 365 Finance projects, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with client specifications.
  • Deliver expertise in multi-entity implementations, addressing complexities and ensuring smooth financial operations across different entities.
  • Engage with users to comprehend financial reporting requirements and implement tailored solutions.
  • Lead and participate in the design, configuration, and testing of Dynamics 365 Finance modules.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants, sharing best practices and fostering the development of team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and other consultants, to provide integrated and comprehensive solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance, with a focus on leading financial components in diverse projects.
  • Project Leadership: Proven experience in managing the financial aspects of successful Dynamics 365 Finance implementations.
  • Multi-Entity Implementations: Expertise in navigating complex multi-entity Dynamics 365 consolidations and eliminations, with strong knowledge and practical experience in designing and executing these processes.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and German.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary (within Germany).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Accountant: Professional qualification as an accountant is a plus.
