About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agency Sales Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As an Agency Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing agency media buys for Criteo Marketing Solutions products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Criteo Marketing Solutions to existing and new DACH independent agencies.
  • Prospect and pitch to agency planners and buyers, looking to drive the sale of new acquisition & retention campaigns.
  • Manage agency relationships from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales.
  • Create long-term agency relationships that lead to sustainable, repeat business.
  • Understand and articulate key KPIs for campaigns (e.g. ROAS,...) and use that to fuel new business with existing agency clients.
  • Deliver against revenue growth goals in line with Criteo quarterly objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify, present, and close opportunities with new agencies.
  • Accurate pipeline management and full ownership of new business opportunities.

About You:

  • You have experience in AdTech selling to independent agencies.
  • You are a team player with a proven ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate in complex situations.
  • You have strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • You are creative and able to come up with innovative ideas and prepare adapted decks for sales meetings.
  • You have excellent presentation skills and are able to open doors across clients at all levels.
  • You are able to operate with high integrity in any situation.
  • You have a network within the German media agencies.
  • You are business proficient in German and English.
