Position Overview: Repair Service Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of Repair Service Specialist. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the efficient handling and repair of devices.
- Device Reception: Manage the intake of devices received from logistics providers.
- Technical Assessment: Conduct thorough technical evaluations and prepare detailed repair documentation.
- Maintenance Support: Assist in the maintenance and repair processes to ensure optimal functionality.
- Inventory Management: Provide support in shipping operations and inventory oversight.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a vocational training program in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
- Proficient in computer applications.
