We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Lead to join our team and contribute to our success.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a production team in a shift operation, including training and onboarding new employees, planning shifts and vacations, and ensuring the production of quality and quantity on our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a production team in a shift operation, including training and onboarding new employees
- Plan and coordinate production schedules, including shift planning and vacation coordination
- Ensure the production of quality and quantity on our systems
- Identify and resolve production deviations and coordinate technical and pharmaceutical decisions with relevant departments
- Coordinate shift handovers and summarize all important production information
- Lead interfaces between departments such as quality, logistics, and technology
- Implement independent projects across departments
- Implement change processes as part of change management
- Ensure that products are released on time
- Support the creation and maintenance of work and production documents
- Coordinate production orders with planning
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications (GMP, AMWHV, AMG) within the team
Requirements
- Completed studies in natural sciences (e.g. chemistry, pharmacy, biology) or technical training with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven leadership experience and competence in personnel development
- Strong sense of responsibility and high self-motivation
- Lösungsorientiertes, strukturiertes und analytisches Vorgehen
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate teams and departments
- Knowledge of GMP-compliant productions and relevant legal requirements (e.g. AMG, AMWHV, GMP guidelines)
- Fluent German and very good spoken and written English skills
