Asset Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to join our team at E Hydrogen GmbH. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our medium to large-scale chemical processing assets, including hydrogen production, purification, and ammonia cracking facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement O&M concepts for our assets, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Support project development efforts, including PRE-FID activities, to set up O&M concepts and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with engineering, permitting, and procurement teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Execute O&M concepts, making informed decisions on make-or-buy strategies and negotiating contracts with third-party service providers.
- Provide technical asset management for our facilities, ensuring they are operated and maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
- Liaise with our Health and Safety team to ensure H&S content is integrated into specifications and contracts with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering background (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance/Asset Management of chemical/process/energy generation plants, preferably related to hydrogen or ammonia.
- Excellent understanding of H&S related standards and requirements.
- Experience in setting up/leasing with Remote Control Centers is beneficial.
- Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience in SEVESO sites and Automation IT-OT is preferable.
- High level of initiative, conscientious work ethic, and excellent communication capabilities.
