As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing strategic and administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and processes.

Your primary focus will be on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, and other HR needs as required by the business. You will work closely with line managers and staff to facilitate open and honest communication, address employee concerns and grievances, and conduct investigations as needed.

In addition, you will be responsible for preparing and checking payroll and salary transfers in cooperation with Finance, engaging in works-council related discussions, and drafting works-council agreements. You will also support hiring managers with recruitment, conduct employee onboarding, and manage human resource projects as assigned.

As an HR Generalist at Clinigen, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and initiatives, including compensation projects and culture and engagement initiatives.

* Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, address employee concerns and grievances, conduct investigations as needed, and ensure timely and fair resolutions.

* Recruitment: Support hiring managers with recruitment, become their single point of contact concerning the recruitment and selection process, identify staffing needs, determine selection criteria for candidates, and define and validate the job content and the expected candidate\u2019s profile.

* Payroll and Salary Transfers: Prepare and check payroll and salary transfers in cooperation with Finance.

* Works-Council Related Discussions: Engage in works-council related discussions and draft works-council agreements.

* Employee Onboarding: Conduct employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

* Human Resource Projects: Manage human resource projects as assigned and provide regular progress reports to key stakeholders.

* Culture and Engagement: Engage in personal professional development, attend mandatory training, present the Company in a positive way at all times, work flexibly and efficiently, bring new ideas and approaches, and maintain confidentiality and security at all times.

* Requirements: Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, business management, or a related field, native speaker or native speaker fluency in English and German, minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the field, comprehensive knowledge of general human resources practices and procedures, strong understanding of German legislation in the field of human resources, prior experience with a works council, and prior experience in handling employment relations, recruitment, performance reviews, HR business processes, and/or training activities.

* Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated, proven ability to act with confidentiality and deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information, excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
