About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent at Sparkasse Bayreuth. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner, escalating issues to senior team members as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide informed and accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handle time.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse customer base.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, as well as ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
