About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Theater Publicist at the Schlosspark Theater Berlin. As a key member of our marketing and communications department, you will be responsible for promoting our productions and events to the public, as well as managing our internal communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies to increase public awareness and attendance at our productions and events.
  • Manage and maintain our internal communications, including email newsletters, social media, and press releases.
  • Coordinate with our artistic and production teams to ensure accurate and timely information is shared with the public.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local media outlets, journalists, and influencers to promote our productions and events.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional events, including press conferences, photo shoots, and other activities.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing and communications efforts, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the arts or entertainment industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy and press releases.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
