About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Transformation Manager to lead and deliver strategic rollout projects across the E.ON group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end rollout phase, from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a rollout strategy that outlines governance, deployment approach, sequence, and timeline for implementations in national and international units.
  • Coordinate the rollout and advise clients on all rollout-related topics, from requirements specification to data harmonization, migration, testing, cutover, and training & change.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and decision-making, ensuring transparent reporting across all stakeholders and moderating discussions between central and local teams.
  • Engage in the development of our Rollout Service offering at Expert Services, supporting the build of a knowledge repository, recruiting activities, and opportunity origination.

Requirements

  • Completed academic degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as rollout lead or rollout manager working in large IT projects with functional leadership responsibility.
  • Profound consulting skills, including problem-solving, effective communication, customer orientation, and deep organization and planning skills.
  • Technology knowledge and functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Atlassian Stack (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Business fluency in German and English is absolutely mandatory.
  • Ideal knowledge of the energy sector and the grid business.
