Moderator for Participant Testing

Job Summary:

The Applause team is seeking a skilled Moderator for Participant Testing to join our team. As a Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our device testing sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate device preparations and shipments across EU sites
  • Check-in and check-out smart device testers
  • End to end issue and problem resolution for deliveries
  • Instruct, guide and assist testers through the smart device testing session
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on smart devices; set up, clean smart devices
  • Escalate smart device problems or tester reported issues to the designated collection owner
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate updates across the team
  • Attend related trainings, status and related team meetings
  • Additional project related activities

Requirements:

  • HS/GED completion; BS Degree preferred
  • Strong communications skills
  • Customer service experience - IT/hardware/wearables a plus
  • Logistics experience
  • Can follow detailed technical documentation & instructions
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Be a quick learner and dependable
  • Can work alone with little or no supervision
  • Able to work from the Berlin office at least 2 days a week

Working with Us:

As a Moderator for Participant Testing, you will be working closely with our Global Operations and SDM teams to ensure the success of our device testing sessions. You will be responsible for coordinating device preparations, checking in and out testers, and resolving any issues that may arise during the testing process.
