Wir suchen einen engagierten Mitarbeiter, der sich auf die Betreuung internationaler Kunden spezialisiert hat. Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit und zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zu besetzen.

Aufgaben
  • Betreuen Sie den kompletten internationalen Auftragsabwicklungsprozess
  • Seien Sie zuständig für das Reklamationsmanagement
  • Koordinieren Sie die Liefertermine sowie Forecasts mit den entsprechenden Fachabteilungen
  • Erstellen Sie Analysen und Reportings
  • Unterstützen Sie bei der Optimierung der Prozesse
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Customer Service
  • Fließende Deutsch-, Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse
  • Routiniert im Umgang mit SAP SD
  • Engagement und Teamspirit
  • Eigenständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
