Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage client relationships through onboarding, regular check-ins, and improvement plans for long-term success.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in HubSpot.
- Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and requirements.
- Resolve complaints and prevent future issues by analyzing and improving processes.
- Build strong client relationships based on trust and respect.
- Collaborate with internal departments to drive product improvements.
- Analyze accounts, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase take rates, payment methods, and upsell new features and products.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Contribute to additional team projects according to your skills and expertise.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management.
- Highly proactive attitude to spot issues and opportunities.
- Understanding of SaaS and marketplaces is a plus.
- Experience in fintech/financial and payments is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and German, with French and/or Italian being a plus.
- Fluent verbal and written skills in English and German.
- Knowledge of CRM software, HubSpot.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze data.
- Enthusiasm, innovation, self-motivation, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- EU citizenship or EU work permit.
