Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage client relationships through onboarding, regular check-ins, and improvement plans for long-term success.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in HubSpot.
  • Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and requirements.
  • Resolve complaints and prevent future issues by analyzing and improving processes.
  • Build strong client relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to drive product improvements.
  • Analyze accounts, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase take rates, payment methods, and upsell new features and products.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to additional team projects according to your skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management.
  • Highly proactive attitude to spot issues and opportunities.
  • Understanding of SaaS and marketplaces is a plus.
  • Experience in fintech/financial and payments is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and German, with French and/or Italian being a plus.
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in English and German.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, HubSpot.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze data.
  • Enthusiasm, innovation, self-motivation, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • EU citizenship or EU work permit.
