Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans based on product requirements, analyzing test applications and determining test content.
  • Source test vehicles according to product specifications, ensuring R&D testing can be carried out as planned.
  • Conduct thorough functional testing of products, identifying existing problems and providing feedback on test results.
  • Collaborate with R&D and other departments during each stage of testing, ensuring the correctness and completeness of test input and output.
  • Establish and maintain a long-term effective test resource base at vehicle shops or workshops, ensuring the required resources for testing are met.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Education in an automobile-related field.
  • Strong learning ability, excellent communication and coordination skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in new energy vehicle maintenance or car repair, with a good understanding of car principles and vehicle fault analysis.
  • Proficient in the use of car detection equipment, with rich experience in diagnostic equipment and system testing.
  • Proficient in office software, holding a valid driver's license, and familiar with the European region and surrounding city roads.
  • Strong quality and service consciousness, excellent communication ability, and ability to withstand high work pressure.
