Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of international events and trade exhibitions, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
  • Contribute to live webinars by creating engaging designs, visuals, presentations, performance metrics, newsletters, website content, and facilitating live streaming.
  • Participate in the development of our new podcast initiative.
  • Oversee the management of our global merchandise inventory.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team, addressing requests and briefing on creative assets.
  • Support various special projects beyond the scope of event marketing.
  • Actively engage as a vital member of global project teams, assisting with daily operations in event marketing.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with strong organizational abilities and a sense of accountability.
  • Proficient in juggling multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Enthusiastic about sharing ideas and working in collaboration with international teams.
  • Possess a discerning eye for design and a solid understanding of visual components.
  • Currently pursuing studies in marketing or a related discipline.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Figma and/or webinar platforms is advantageous.
  • Prior experience through internships or student roles is beneficial.
  • Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken).
  • Available to commit to 20 hours per week.
  • Open to working in an office environment for various projects and webinars.
About the Team

As a Working Student in Event Marketing, you will join a vibrant, international team at a premier data organization. You will play a key role within our Global Revenue Marketing and Growth team, collaborating with experts, designers, and channel marketers worldwide. This position offers an opportunity to assist in coordinating our Data on Stage webinar series, manage global live events, and contribute to the launch of an exciting new podcast series.
