About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing and Promotion team as a Marketing Assistant. This is a temporary position for one year, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the distribution of promotional materials at cultural events, libraries, universities, bookstores, and other relevant locations.
  • Research and identify potential events and locations for promotional material distribution.
  • Support the setup and operation of information and sales counters during our events.
  • Perform general office, copying, and routine tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong enthusiasm and affinity for cultural events and exhibitions.
  • Interest in our program and basic knowledge of other Berlin cultural institutions.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Ability to take on short-term assignments.
  • Proficiency in German (C2 level) and English (B1 level) according to the GER scale.

What We Offer
