Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Munich, Germany. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading technical due diligence projects, project monitoring, and sustainability/ESG initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical due diligence for various property types, including office, production, logistics, hotel, residential, and healthcare facilities.
  • Support the coordination of portfolio-level technical due diligence projects, both nationally and internationally.
  • Provide technical and real estate advisory services to property owners, investors, and tenants.
  • Conduct economic feasibility studies for new projects and repositioning initiatives.
  • Support project monitoring and control activities.
  • Participate in sustainability assessments, energy consulting, climate risk analysis, and ESG checks.
  • Manage and control new build, renovation, and tenant fit-out projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, property owners, and users.
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in project management, project development, technical due diligence, project monitoring, or sustainability consulting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building services, TGA, and fire safety.
  • Good understanding of building law, including planning and building regulations, lease agreements, and property records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Interest in working independently, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Good team and communication skills.
