We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Solidpro Informationssysteme GmbH. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing personalized advice and support to ensure optimal utilization of SOLIDWORKS software and services.
- Needs Analysis: Understand customer needs and requirements, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Sales and Consultation: Conduct regular sales meetings and consultations with customers to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest SOLIDWORKS software features and capabilities, and communicate this knowledge to customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Event Participation: Participate in customer events and trade shows to build relationships and promote SOLIDWORKS software solutions.
- Education: Successful completion of relevant education or studies in Business, Engineering, IT/Software, or a related field.
- Passion for Sales: Demonstrate a passion for sales and customer engagement, with a strong desire to drive results and achieve sales targets.
