We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Qualified as a nurse (m/f/d), pediatric nurse (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d), or elderly care nurse (m/f/d).
• Genuine interest in providing outpatient care for pediatric patients, including those requiring ventilation support.
• Strong interpersonal and nursing skills.
• Previous experience in one-on-one care or non-clinical intensive care is advantageous but not mandatory.
