Quality Control Specialist in Metrology

For our organization, we are now looking for a Measurement Technician in Quality Assurance to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement measurement programs on numerically controlled measuring machines to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of production parts according to specifications, using various measuring equipment and documentation.
  • Identify and document defective parts, evaluating possible reworking and preparing quality deviation reports as specified by the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with production teams to forward defective parts for reworking and quality deviation reports to relevant departments.
  • Generate test reports from measurement results and conduct incoming goods inspections of purchased parts, reviewing documentation for completeness.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Skilled worker in a machining profession with knowledge of industrial measurement technology.
  • Proficient in programming and operating coordinate measuring machines.
  • Aukom training and experience with Zeiss Calypso are desirable.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a strong motivation and commitment to quality.
