Our mission is to provide a secure and efficient mobile network solution to telco companies globally. We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Germany. This role is essential in supporting our HR functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations across various business locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for managers and employees regarding HR Information Systems (Workday) and the onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Address HR-related inquiries concerning time off, payroll, benefits, and Workday functionalities.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and coordinate First Day Orientation alongside the local office manager.
  • Maintain data integrity within Workday by updating employee records for changes such as job modifications, promotions, and compensation adjustments.
  • Manage documentation for German employees, including contracts and various letters related to merit, bonuses, and promotions.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Specialist to communicate any payroll changes for Germany.
  • Review and update local policies in accordance with legislative changes, creating clear process flows for employee and management understanding.
  • Coordinate with immigration specialists on visa applications and relocation matters.
  • Assist employees and management with maternity and paternity leave processes.
  • Process monthly and ad-hoc HR invoices using the internal accounting system.
  • Manage the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and compiling data for reporting.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships across various teams.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on HR metrics for senior management and the broader organization.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with HR Information Systems; familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Fluency in both English and German is essential.
