Responsibilities
As a Lead SAP Solutions Architect at T-Systems International GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in driving our collective success. You will provide expert consultation to our clients and design SAP solution architectures, particularly focusing on SAP HCM/HXM and SAP S/4 HANA within diverse system environments. Additionally, you will take on a crucial role in the technical conception, advisory, and execution of complex projects, serving as the primary contact for project management, project teams, and clients on intricate and sensitive technological matters.
Your responsibilities in our projects will specifically include:
- Client consultation and design of SAP solution architectures with a focus on SAP HCM/HXM and/or SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BTP, and their frameworks and tools, alongside comprehensive knowledge in SAP software development and integration.
- Accountability for the technical design and realization of SAP-based solutions, adhering to relevant methodologies, technical strategies, regulations, standards, security considerations, and best practices.
- Development and implementation of best practices.
- Participation in generating and securing new business opportunities and advancing our portfolio in connection with the deployment of new technologies and SAP solutions in heterogeneous system landscapes.
- Involvement in bid teams for the creation and quality assurance of proposals.
- Contribution to the development of our junior colleagues in the context of SAP architecture and technologies within our projects.
Profile
You hold a degree in fields such as Business Informatics or Computer Science (or related disciplines).
Additionally, you bring the following skills and experiences:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP consultant and developer (preferably in SAP HCM/HXM, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BTP, SAP FIORI/UI5, ABAP (OO)).
- Proven experience in industry sectors (particularly Public, Automotive, Health, and manufacturing SMEs) within the German-speaking market (D-A-CH).
- Certification in relevant SAP topics and architectural methodologies.
- Language proficiency: German (fluent, at least C1) and English (C1).
- Solid experience in digitalization topics and current technology trends.
- Strong technical knowledge in software development, cloud solutions, and web technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is advantageous.
