Mental Health Specialist Role at SRH Holding

SRH Holding is dedicated to providing vocational rehabilitation services for individuals facing mental health challenges across various locations in Germany. Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing established therapeutic techniques.
  • Offer psychosocial support throughout training programs utilizing effective therapeutic methods.
  • Document and prepare comprehensive reports on the progress of rehabilitation initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with vocational trainers to create career pathways for participants.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Psychology (Diploma or Master's level).
  • Preferred 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Familiarity with at least one evidence-based psychotherapeutic approach.
  • Strong commitment to working with individuals and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Creativity and proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in German (C1 level, European Framework of Reference).
  • Skilled in MS Office applications.
