As part of your team in the Lighthouse Germany division, the Center of Excellence for Data & Analytics, you will be integrated into an international network of technological experts. Leverage KPMG's expertise in business and regulatory issues and their implementation, while collaboratively solving complex operational and strategic challenges using modern methodologies and current technologies.

Your Responsibilities
If you approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, this is your opportunity to contribute:

  • Provide comprehensive support to our clients in the context of Low-Code transformation projects.
  • Take on (partial) project leadership in Low-Code implementation initiatives (e.g., ServiceNow, Pega, or Microsoft PowerPlatform), including effort estimation, planning, execution, and architectural analysis.
  • Conduct and lead technical workshops with our clients.
  • Advise clients on evaluating Low-Code platforms and solutions, providing recommendations for implementations based on your assessments.
  • Analyze existing client environments and legacy systems.
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of innovative, data-driven solutions on Low-Code platforms.
  • Encourage the professional and personal growth of your team members.
  • Support the continuous enhancement of concepts, methods, and tools, contributing your knowledge to foster team development.
Your Profile
  • As a (Senior) Consulting Manager (m/f/d) in Software Development / Low-Code, you should have at least three years of experience in leading and organizing (partial) projects in software development.
  • You possess solid knowledge and certifications in one or more Low-Code platforms and can demonstrate a successful track record in extensive and complex implementation projects.
  • You have technical expertise in web technologies and integrated end-to-end systems and services, as well as experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript implementations.
  • You are conceptually strong, customer-oriented, and inspire your team with enthusiasm for trends and new technologies.
  • You enjoy driving topics holistically, positioning them strategically in the market, and further developing them.
  • You are committed to continuous education and lifelong learning.
  • You have excellent proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written.
