About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Servicetechniker (m/w/d) to join our team at Alpha-Engineering KG. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for installing and servicing our machines and equipment on-site with customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and service of our machines/equipment on-site with customers (worldwide)
  • Conducting training for operators and maintenance personnel
  • Developing and implementing problem solutions
  • Performing maintenance and repair work
  • Assisting in advising customers on service products (spare parts, training, upgrades, etc.)
Requirements
  • Completed training as an Electrician, Mechatronics Engineer, Mechanic, or similar
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience in service and/or further education as a technician or master
  • Knowledge of pneumatics and basic control technology is desirable
  • Independent and responsible work ethic
  • Good English language skills
  • High willingness to travel domestically and internationally (mostly one to multi-day trips within a 5-day week)
  • Class B driver's license
