About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Operations Pricing Manager to join our Business Operations team in Berlin.

  • As Operations Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for driving impact and growth in Hive's biggest revenue stream.
  • You will take ownership of pricing partner contracts across Hive's European markets and shape and optimize Hive's pricing strategy and process.
  • Additionally, you will evaluate Hive's existing operations partners and identify new strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and support tracking of key financial metrics.
  • Manage cross-functional projects on pricing and operations offering.
  • Work with our sales team to shape an attractive offering and present our operations network to e-commerce brands.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic individual with 1+ years of work experience in a strategic business role.

  • You should have advanced spreadsheet skills and enjoy quantitative work.
  • You should work with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mentality and try out ideas in an 80/20 manner.
  • You should have excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
