Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team at equal personal GmbH & Co. KG Winnenden. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packing and Shipping: Accurately pack and ship goods to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Goods Receipt and Inspection: Inspect incoming goods for damage or defects and ensure they are properly stored and labeled.
  • Pick-ups and Transfers: Coordinate and execute pick-ups and transfers of goods to meet customer requirements.
  • Recording and Reporting: Accurately record and report inventory movements, stock levels, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
  • General Warehouse Activities: Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning, maintenance, and organization of the warehouse.
  • Processing Returns and Commercial Transactions: Process returns and commercial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Completed training as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist or relevant work experience.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in inventory management systems and other relevant software.
