Job Summary
Valeo, a leading global automotive supplier, is seeking a Quality Team Support Engineer to join its team. As a Quality Team Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the Group Customer Quality Network, ensuring the highest quality standards are met in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekly and monthly reporting to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
- Assist the Group Customer Quality Director in achieving customer response performance objectives.
- Support Customer Champions and WINGS Warranty team on specific tasks, including Mercedes Benz Cars, JLR, and Nissan.
- Participate in PDCA reviews with the Customer Quality Network to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide data analysis and reports to the Group Customer Quality Director to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate and support transversal tasks, such as reporting standardization, new procedure creation, training plans, and customer knowledge.
- Improve efficiency of activities by analyzing lean reporting methods.
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering.
- Experience in quality assurance.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Programming skills in Python, VBA, or Google script.
- Excellent communication skills, international mindset, and adaptability to new cultures and ways of working.
- Humble, listening, positive attitude, professional, and diplomatic.
