• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues in production
• Manage and respond to customer complaints
• Conduct internal audits and process evaluations
• Prepare for external audits
• Track and implement corrective action plans
• Prepare reports and evaluations
• Maintain communication with customers, management, and colleagues

• Minimum secondary education in a technical field
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Experience in 8D problem-solving, including root cause analysis
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001
• Dependable, independent, and structured work habits
• Confident communication and presentation skills
• Analytical thinking

• Relevant industry experience
• Hold IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 auditor certifications
• Knowledge of ACT (automotive core tools)
• Proficiency in German
