Company Overview:

ONE SEARCH is a forward-thinking European platform specializing in diagnostic imaging and nuclear medicine centers. Supported by a prominent Private Equity firm and an adept management team, the organization is poised for significant growth through strategic acquisitions, particularly in Germany. The establishment of this platform is designed to leverage the favorable trends propelling expansion in the medical services sector.

Growth Trajectory:

In a short span of two years, the company has successfully launched over 30 locations across three clusters, with an ambitious target of reaching 200 locations in four additional clusters in the near future.

Role Overview:

  • Directly report to the Chief Business Development Officer.
  • Oversee M&A project management, encompassing due diligence, financial planning, scoping, closing, and integration, while coordinating M&A processes.
  • Formulate comprehensive business cases and financial models to evaluate the value creation potential of acquisitions, divestitures, and alliances.
  • Maintain and develop financial models to estimate cash flow and profitability of targets, facilitating fair valuation assessments.
  • Engage with, manage, and review external due diligence providers, while also conducting certain due diligence areas independently.
  • Perform in-depth analyses on the operational and financial performance of targets.
  • Prepare Information Memoranda, Board presentations, and other essential transaction documents.
  • Assist management in incorporating due diligence findings into business cases, target valuations, and performance tracking.
  • Support and engage in negotiation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and corporate governance policies, implementing necessary checks and balances during the deal execution process.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possess a degree in economics, focusing on management, finance, entrepreneurship, or banking.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A, ideally within a PE-backed buy-and-build platform or a leading M&A advisory firm or Big 4/Transaction Services.
  • Demonstrate extensive operational and valuation financial modeling experience, showcasing a successful track record in managing transactions and strategic transaction analyses.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills, project management experience, quick comprehension, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent in German (at least C1 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
  • Show reliability, commitment, and teamwork, along with enthusiasm and a willingness to travel.
  • Possess an agile mindset and a passion for tackling new challenges.
