Fitness and Sports Management Specialist

Join our dynamic team of seasoned fitness and health professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care and support to our clientele.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour Role Includes:
- Personalized training preparation and ongoing support for our clients
- Facilitating consultation sessions and introductory training
- Membership sales and administrative tasks
- Planning and coordinating classes and events
- Executing marketing and sales initiatives
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the fitness area
- Assisting in the creation of innovative fitness and health programs
You will gradually take on specific responsibilities tailored to your skills, allowing you to work independently.
Candidate ProfileYour Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Previous experience in the fitness and health sector is a plus
- Strong service orientation and customer focus
- High level of empathy and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented, dependable, and compassionate
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Well-groomed and athletic appearance
You should be adaptable and resilient, with the ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
