About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Simulation Engineer to join our ISA Department at Agile Robots SE. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our robotics simulation capabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include integrating new robotics prototypes into simulation environments, conducting in-depth analyses to evaluate product performance, and contributing to the development of our digital twin platform.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and simulate robotic cells and production lines to optimize performance and efficiency
  • Develop innovative robotics solutions and perform simulations using individual robots
  • Collaborate with mechanical and design teams to refine robotic systems based on simulation insights
  • Present detailed simulation outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct testing and integration of new control algorithms to improve robotic functionalities
  • Implement algorithms that enable effective interaction between simulated environments and real-world applications
Essential Skills
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
  • Strong foundation in various robotics domains, including manipulators and mobile robotics
  • Proficient in physics simulations using tools such as MuJoCo, Bullet, PhysX, etc
  • Proficient in process simulations using tools such as Siemens Technomatix Plant Simulation, Visual Components, or similar
  • Experienced with real-time 3D development platforms like Unity, Unreal Engine, or NVIDIA Omniverse
  • Skilled in simulation-related programming languages including Python, C++, and C#
  • Capable of working with CAD design and interpreting technical documentation effectively
