Internship in Offshore Wind Operations - Continental Europe

Position Type: Full-time, Temporary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage actively in the management of wind energy facilities, particularly focusing on offshore substations and their electrical systems.
  • Enhance and refine organizational workflows.
  • Assist in the transition of plant documentation.
  • Support the development of maintenance schedules, component inventories, and operational checklists.
  • Manage the maintenance system (SAP PM / MM).
  • Contribute to the formulation of risk assessments and operational guidelines.
  • Assist in sourcing spare parts.
  • Compile and maintain service reports from external contractors.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts and manage technical issues.
  • Analyze operational metrics following annual network maintenance.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Proficient in both German and English.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated personal attributes: self-reliance, dedication, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.
