Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Housekeeping Department at SBK Sozial-Betriebe-Köln.

About the Role:

As a Housekeeping Department Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping team, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of materials and personnel.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of housekeeping staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the Housekeeping Department.

Requirements:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hauswirtschaftsbereich, Verkauf oder vergleichbarem.
  • Idealerweise eine Sonderpädagogische Zusatzausbildung oder die Ausbildung zur geprüften Fachkraft für Arbeits- und Berufsförderung (gFAB).
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung.
  • Soziale und fachliche Kompetenz, hohe Empathie und Motivation.
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität.
  • Strukturierte und zielorientierte Vorgehensweise verbunden mit Eigeninitiative.
  • EDV-Kenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in MS-Office.
