We are a leading sustainable specialty coffee roastery based in Berlin, Germany. Our mission is to make high-end coffee experiences enjoyable and accessible to all. We foster direct trade relationships with coffee farmers worldwide, ensuring fair prices and respectful treatment for all parties involved in the value chain.

Our Impact

We invest €1 for every kilogram of coffee sold through our Coffee Circle Foundation e.V. to support sustainable improvements in coffee-growing areas. Our initiatives include providing clean drinking water, hygiene training, and coffee labs. With over 4 million euros raised in donations, we aim to increase our positive impact with the help of our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Berlin Reinickendorf. The successful candidate will be responsible for packing our roasted coffee beans, grinding beans when necessary, maintaining and cleaning equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness in the warehouse and team rooms, and transporting coffee to our logistics warehouse and cafés.

Key Responsibilities
  • Packing and grinding coffee beans
  • Maintenance and cleaning of equipment
  • Ensuring safety and cleanliness in the warehouse and team rooms
  • Transporting coffee to our logistics warehouse and cafés
Requirements
  • Previous experience in warehouse jobs is a significant advantage
  • Ability to work 4-5 days a week
  • Driving license class B
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong affinity for teamwork
  • Solid communication skills
  • Rote Karte
  • Fluency in English or German
  • Valid work permit for Germany
