Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our notary office
  • Provide expert guidance, training, and supervision to our notary staff
  • Prepare and process notarized documents with precision and attention to detail
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Manage correspondence and communication with clients, institutions, and authorities
  • Prepare and submit cost reports and electronic legal documents
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners
  • Lead the preparation of notary exams and maintain our knowledge base
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships
Your Profile
  • Completed training as a notary clerk or notary office manager with extensive experience in the field
  • Desire for long-term collaboration and professional growth
  • Strong knowledge and skills in the areas mentioned above
