Latte Art Specialist at SHAHIA Food GmbH

We are seeking a skilled Latte Art Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team at SHAHIA Food GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages with a particular emphasis on Latte Art. Your enthusiasm for coffee and ability to produce visually stunning Latte Art will contribute to providing our customers with a memorable coffee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expert preparation of espresso-based beverages, including but not limited to Cappuccinos, Lattes, and Macchiatos.
  • Proficiency in Latte Art techniques to create visually appealing designs in coffee beverages.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency in the preparation of coffee specialties in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Providing sales guidance to customers.
  • Advising, selling, and assembling our complete range of offerings (Donuts, pastries, coffee beverages, iced drinks, soft drinks, merchandise, etc.) to ensure a premium customer experience.
  • Managing the cash register system and processing cash transactions.
  • Preparing for shifts, including cash reconciliation and routine cleaning/maintenance of equipment and tools.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience as a Barista with a focus on Latte Art, ideally in a café or hospitality setting.
  • Ability to create intricate Latte Art designs while ensuring high quality in the preparation of coffee specialties.
  • A shared passion for service excellence and the brand's offerings.
  • Strong commitment and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Your friendly demeanor exemplifies outstanding hosting qualities, enabling you to provide tailored advice to our customers.
  • Flexibility in working hours and a respectful approach to teamwork.
  • Willingness to work early, afternoon, and evening shifts.
  • Proficient negotiation skills in German, both written and spoken.
